The Fourth high-level Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly on the Prevention and Control of NCDs and the promotion of Mental Health and Well-being was convened on 25 September 2025. On 15 December 2025, the UN General Assembly adopted the political declaration, ‘Equity and integration: transforming lives and livelihoods through leadership and action on noncommunicable diseases and the promotion of mental health and well-being’.
